If you suspect that there is something defective with the product you received from us, I would absolutely recommend that you register this as a complaint case so that we have the opportunity to take the product in for a check
1. Log in to Your account.
2. Click on the MY PAGES icon.
3. Select Order history.
4. Click on the relevant order number for the item you wish to complain about.
5. Click on the CLAIM icon.
6. Fill in the quantity and reason for the complaint in the text box under the selected product. If you want the return slip as a letter, remember to write this in the comment field.
7. Feel free to add a picture/video that clearly shows the problem with the product.
8. Confirm by clicking SEND.
