Broken product and burnt hair
TERRIBLE PRODUCT The brush got stuck very easily in the hair. Already on the fourth thin strand I curled, the hair got stuck so badly that it burnt off. Shortly after, the tool broke as shown in the picture. I have extensive experience with similar heated brushes and have used round brushes regularly several times a week since 2020, so the problem was definitely not with the technique or habit.
