The comment was made 1 dayHello Lisa 😃👋 To get the best result from this toner, I recommend that you are not darker than this toner (a 9a in lightness level), as it can only lighten untreated hair very slightly and if your hair is already colored, it will not be able to lighten it at all 💗 So if you have the same lightness level as this or lighter, you do not need to bleach your hair to get a good result, but if you are darker, you will need to bleach first to get it light enough.
