    Lost money

    Today I received my package. The box that the bag with the products was in was all crumpled, but I knew that sometimes this happens. Inside, it turned out that most of the products are damaged and not usable. I immediately filed a complaint, and I hope it will be processed positively and I will get my money back.

      I don't have a dog. Unfortunately, that's how I received the package. I'm also not trying to scam anyone, and according to the regulations, I can return the entire package.
