I ordered two 12-pack, but received a box with 24 single bars, most of which were "squished". The contents (which are quite sticky) are "glued" to the paper, so much of the bar is lost - in case one doesn't want to "chew it off" the paper (which isn't suitable in a hurry at the office).
Customer service when the issue is reported is completely subpar, with no acknowledgment that it is actually two packs of 12 that were ordered, not 24 (pre-squished) single bars. No acknowledgment that what was delivered does not align with what their own order confirmation states. When directly asked about what is stated on the website/order confirmation, there is simply no response.
