In short: it’s not the same product, but the goal and effect are very similar 😊 Face Formula Niactil 4% has a light gel-cream formula with 4% niacinamide, moisturizing additives, and a small percentage of salicylic acid, and Elixir Cosmeceuticals Niactil 4% is also based on 4% niacinamide — the effects will be comparable, although the additional ingredients and the feel on the skin may differ slightly.     Expired products

    At first, I was happy with the box. I didn't mind that the products were small. But when I read on the forum that you sent expired products, I decided to check mine. And it's the same as with others. Products from 2021 and 2022. Eye cream from 2022. This shouldn't happen. And I was surprised that the box didn't go. There should be a refund here.

      I received such an email from LYKO: "Thank you for your inquiry 💗️ Due to the large number of inquiries, our returns and complaints department has verified the expiration dates with the distributor, and the presence of expired products has not been confirmed. In this situation, I would kindly ask you to attach pictures of the production/expiration dates or serial numbers so that I can verify each product individually. If the products do not have an expiration date - it means according to the law that their validity is longer than 3 years, then the production date/serial number and the symbol for usability after opening are important 🙂" On 06.11.2025, I proposed a full refund - except for two products that were thrown away, and that I am not satisfied with the quality of the products. Additionally, I wrote that it is a strange justification that where there are no dates, according to the law, the product is "eternal"?. Since that date, I have not received any response to my complaint. Considering the above, please think carefully about what we buy.
