    Not as expected

    There might have been something wrong with mine, but for me, the balm was full of hard crystals that didn't even dissolve in warm water. It felt really scratchy, and I didn't dare to use it around my eyes. I was looking forward to loving it, so now I'm very disappointed😠

That sounds a bit strange since it’s supposed to dissolve with heat in your hand and turn into an oil 🤔 Please feel free to register a complaint on My pages - Order history - Report, and we can help you look further via email if there’s something wrong with your item 📧 There you can also add one or two pictures of the crystals and also the batch number of the product.
