    Applies beautifully, and melts into the skin, even on dry areas. I have rarely found a base that doesn't cling to a bit of dryness/flakiness, but this one is king! Just the right coverage for everyday, can be built up if desired. I think it suits more dry/normal skin. No. 13 is also pale girl approved 🥇
