    Why?

    The second time I agree that Lyko does not meet the requirements according to product purchases. I love your concept of buying necessities with products I haven't tried. But since it has previously happened that you receive products that have expired, and now this with products changing from the marketing image, it is clear that we buyers are disappointed. Such a shame, I think.

      I once experienced that a mascara was dry and immediately got a new one upon return. Lyko handles returns well!
