So happy to get my hands on this box, got kicked out 2 times from the checkout system and panicked a bit wondering what was happening, went back in and suddenly after about 10 minutes I was in and could buy the box. Now it’s at home with me and I’m super satisfied. All the products, except for the eyeshadow that I didn’t like, are totally to my taste. So satisfied! This type of box with a great mix of different exciting products is super. Great job, Lyko. I usually love your Lyko lovables boxes, and I love this one too. Several exciting products and a really nice little bag. However, there were no less than 4 bags with different masks, 3 for the skin and one for the hair. You use these once and then they're gone, and the contents of the bag feel significantly smaller. One mask max 2 would have sufficed, I think, and rather a few more real products. Haven't received my package yet. Unfortunately
It has now been over 2 weeks since the order, and it still says it is being picked, just like the first day. Nothing else has happened. I have written several emails and received a response that you have delays due to a new delivery system, but still. It is a very long time to wait. I accidentally clicked on the economic director for you, but still think it takes unusually long. Hope I see a change soon, otherwise I will cancel it. I was a bit hesitant to order this box since it didn't really contain what I needed, but I was still a little positively surprised. Maybe two dry shampoos weren't the most exciting, and it wasn't the best box, but there were still quite a few exciting products to try. Super happy that I managed to get the nice bag and the products in it. I've already tried several and am super satisfied. Love the Waterclouds Salt water spray that makes my thin hair full, airy, and shiny. Also, the Visions texture is really good. The face spray from Jane Iredale has also already become a favorite, too bad it was such a small bottle. I will try the other products gradually and will surely be satisfied with these as well.
