    EMS and conductive cream?

Hi! I've read everywhere that EMS needs some conductive gel to be effective, why doesn't this one need it? And can the EMS help make the face a bit firmer, like the cheeks and jawline?☺️

Hey Theresé😊 The Silk’n LED EMS Face Mask doesn’t need any conductive gel as it is designed to work directly on the skin with your skin's own moisture. EMS can help to train the facial muscles, which can give a feeling of slightly firmer cheeks and jawline with regular use, and the skin can also feel more toned and elastic 💆🏼‍♀️ Hope the answer can be helpful and that you have a really nice Friday💫

    Light

Hey! Ordered this but haven't received it yet, but wanted a mask without infrared light, it didn't say in the description that this would have it, but I read in a reply down here that it does? Can you choose not to have it on?😖 I only saw that it had 4 light settings?

Thank you sweetie for the answer, how nice, I got a bit confused since someone below got the answer that it had infrared 😫 do you think the mask works well?🙂
