    Lyko sells expired products

    Bought this a while back when it was marked down quite a bit. I've had a couple of vitamin c serums, so I've had this sitting in the cupboard (normal room temperature, not in the bathroom). Opened this a few days ago. First noticed that the smell was completely extreme, and I think the consistency seemed weird. Checked how the serum is supposed to look. Mine was yellowish and thin, but it should be completely light. I've had the product sitting at normal room temperature without opening the packaging. I work in the beauty industry myself, so I know very well that if you store products properly, they should last a long time before you open the product, unless the product is already bad or very old. Now I understand why I got the product at a more reasonable price (thought it was going out of stock since nothing was clarified about the product being bad or old). Spent over 700kr, would have rather bought another serum with a good batch if I had known the product wasn't good. Very disappointed with this purchase. If it had been marked as a date item, I would have had full understanding, but here the item was just priced down.

A complaint is registered as follows 1. Log in to Your account. 2. Click on the MY PAGES icon. 3. Select Order History. 4. Click on the relevant order number for the item you wish to complain about. 5. Click on the CLAIM icon. 6. Fill in the quantity and reason for the complaint in the text box under the selected product. If you want the return slip as a letter, remember to write this in the comment field. 7.
