I opened my latest tube the other day and the cream is now white with a different scent.
Has there been a change, or is it the wrong cream in the tube?

I have talked a bit with the supplier about this, and according to them, the product can sometimes vary from time to time 🥰
They only work with natural and organic raw materials, and since these can vary in scent, color, etc., their final products do as well.
One batch can smell one way because the ingredients come from one grower, and another batch can smell differently because the ingredients come from another grower 🤍
Flowers can have different colors, so the color of the product can vary from batch to batch.
But if you feel that there is something wrong with the product or that it smells strange, I recommend that you register a complaint with us 🥰
