    Cleanser or sos paste?

Hi! Should one use this cleanser in addition to sos paste? I'm struggling with pd and very oily skin on my forehead. I've also looked at the Oil control serum. Is it more effective against oily skin than this cleanser? I use 2 in 1 refining cleansing milk, Niactil 4%, and Sos paste from before.

Hi Marte!❤️ I would use this when you’re not using the SOS paste. So for example in the mornings or on the days you take a break from the SOS paste. Considering you have PD, you shouldn’t overdo the use of this, but rather adjust it to a couple of times a week. I do not recommend the Oil Control serum if you have PD as you should avoid products that contain acids like salicylic acid - this triggers Perioral dermatitis. However, you can use it in areas that are not prone to breakouts, like the forehead. You can definitely use both this and the SOS paste in a routine, but avoid using them at the same time. With PD, the SOS paste is great to use as a 10-day treatment (in the evening), and can be used preventively 1-3 evenings a week. If the choice is between cleanser and the paste, I would go for the SOS paste✨ Have a nice day❤️
