According to customer service, it should last 130 minutes, and they have tested the product and claim it works as it should when I complained about it. So I wonder how they tested it since it doesn't last anywhere near 130 minutes. They sent it back, and I thought “okay”, maybe it was me who didn't charge it enough before I complained, but I tested it again when I got it back, and it didn't even last 75 minutes before it died. I will not keep the product and am very disappointed with how the matter has been handled.
