    Not a successful start

    I haven’t tried the product yet because the mask didn’t work on one side when I received it, so I returned it under a complaint. I’m doubtful about how durable the mask is when there are already problems with EMS before use. Additionally, I’ve read that several others have experienced the same issue. I still haven’t received any feedback from LYKO – it’s been almost 2 weeks now. That’s a lot of money to have out there “floating around.”
