Completely dried up
I ordered two colors of this product: 010 Champagne Chic and 020 Diamond Dust. I tried 010 first and it was very nice. I was expecting 020 to be the same.
First I noticed the sealer tape looked like it had been fiddled with. The product inside looked untouched, though. However, the eyeshadow had completely dried up.
I gently scraped some of it away (thinking it was just the surface that had dried up), I even added a few drops of jojoba oil to moisten it.
None of this helped. I ended up scraping all of it but it was completely dry throughout. I threw it in the garbage. What a waste.
