Misleading product description
Hi Lyko, In the product description for this bundle set you mention that a Protect & Prevent spray is included. Because of this I have ordered 2 sets, but ended up with a big disappointment when I received the order and realized that none of the bundle sets included the Protect & Prevent spray. Also one of the shampoo bottles leaked quite a lot inside the delivery box since no protection or paper wrapping was around the 4 bottles (2 bundle sets that I’ve ordered). This happened for the second time when I order online 🥹 and I think it’s the last time unfortunately.1 product in post Misleading product description271 views- The user's roll: Customer service at Lyko.
