My eye area is sensitive, and that's why many products before this have made my eye corners red, but when using this, you have to remember to shake the product well and then moisten a cotton pad. When you let the cotton pad sit on your eyes for a moment, the product comes off effortlessly. With fiber mascaras, I like to lightly brush the roots of my lashes to ensure all mascara is removed. The only thing that sometimes challenges the use of the product is the screw cap.
