So great that you like the product! However, it is of course not intended for the pump to be stiff or malfunction.
We obviously want to help you solve this right away. To allow us to take a closer look and replace the broken part/product, the easiest way is to file a claim by following these steps:
💛Log in to "My Pages"
💛Go to the "Order History" tab
💛Click on your current order and click on claim to create a case
Once you have submitted your claim, we will review your case and get back to you via email shortly.
