Hey, my mask came yellow, and compared to the one for the face, the one for the face is completely white and clean. Our neck mask looks quite used and old, the button doesn't light up nearly as brightly as the one for the face does and seems almost broken. It's almost like we got a used mask, and we received it yesterday. Is this normal, and is the product just different from the face mask, or should we reclaim this and get a new one? We haven't used it at all either, so I think it's strange that it looks the way it does.
