Pretty satisfied, but you have to be careful that there isn’t too much mascara on the brush before application. -But I get a local allergic reaction to the product. Do you have any experience with this? And is it possible to get a refund?

Sorry to hear that you had a reaction to the product. If you experience a reaction around the eyes, you should always stop using the product immediately.
If you suspect the product has a manufacturing defect, please feel free to file a complaint via My Pages or the Lyko app: open the order, select the item, and attach pictures (or a short video) showing the reaction, write when the reaction started, how often you used the mascara, which other products you used at the same time, and if you have reacted to similar products before. Our team can then investigate the matter and follow up by email ❤
