Hi! I already have the black Reflectocil that I use for lashes, but I wonder which one I should buy for eyebrows if I want a cool dark brown shade? My eyebrows are naturally medium brown with a bit more of a warm tone.

If you want a cooler brown shade, I would recommend light brown since the one called natural brown is a bit warmer. You can just leave it on a little longer if you want a darker shade. Another option is to take natural brown and mix it with graphite to remove the warm tone. Graphite (gray) is often used specifically to tone down warm or reddish hues and give a more neutral or ashy result, for example about 3 parts Natural Brown and 1 part Graphite, then adjust the mixture at the next coloring if you want it even cooler.
