    Incomplete order!

    Good day, this is already my third order from Lovables. Until now, I have always been satisfied… I haven't been in the country for a while, so I asked a friend to pick up my package. Today I opened the order and sadly found that it does not include the palette :( I would appreciate contact and an explanation of the situation.
