      Hey Petra! 👋🏻😊 It sounds like you've had a challenge with removing the mascara. This product is a tubing formula, which means it encapsulates the lashes in small "tubes" that release with warm water. To remove it easily, wet the lashes with warm water and gently massage from root to tip 💫 If you want a backup solution, a two-phase remover can also work well. This mascara also provides both length and volume with regular use, so definitely give it a chance! Hope that helps! ❣️
