I used this color with Schwarzkopf Natural & Easy (shade 583 – Frostig Mörkbrun / Frosted Dark Brown / Cool Dark Brown) and was overall very satisfied with the result! What I liked: Color: The shade turned out really well! It is a deep dark brown without unwanted orange or red hues, which dark browns often have. The cool base tone looks elegant and natural. Durability and color: The color applied beautifully and was even throughout. The included conditioner is simply wonderful – it leaves my hair soft, shiny, and silky. Convenience: The package contains everything needed for home coloring (application bottle, color cream, leave-in conditioner, and gloves) as well as instructions. Small notes: Slightly darker result: Immediately after coloring, the color is a bit darker, almost black-brown. After 1-2 shampoo washes, it rinses out to a perfectly cool dark chestnut brown, just like on the package. Scent: When applying, there is a characteristic ammonia smell, so it’s best to color in a well-ventilated area. Verdict: I warmly recommend this color!
