    Do not recommend the product

    I bought four bottles of Elvital Glow Booster Scalp Serum from Lyko for a total of 406 kr. The product has, despite correct usage, made my hair extremely dry, coarse, and hindered hair growth, something that has never happened before. I contacted Lyko for a complaint and explained the situation, but was told that the product "is not defective" and that they do not offer refunds as they do not have any satisfaction guarantee. I also received no support for the fact that the product has damaged my hair, which I consider completely incorrect according to consumer rights. I am very disappointed both in the product and in how the complaint was handled. I want to warn other consumers that the product can cause damage and that Lyko does not seem to take responsibility for complaints on correctly used products that do not work as promised.

      How have you reviewed the product when it is at my home😵‍💫 I think your response is very unnecessary!! Stop highlighting that the customer is dumb! The manufacturer should take in the product to check it, so don’t sit behind the screen and write that there’s nothing wrong with the product before it has been examined further.
