    Poor performance

    I saw Tymo on social media and decided to give it a try, and bought this cordless variant since the corded version is out of stock. I have chemically straightened hair and bought the product solely to smooth out my regrowth + I’m tired of flat irons that you can easily burn yourself on. So my hair is thick but more wavy and frizzy at the roots. This brush requires several passes to make the hair straight, despite the highest heat + fewer hair sections per pass.. But the biggest disappointment is that it dies every time I’ve gone through half of my hair.. The battery has zero longevity and you have to charge it again and again to manage to style all of your hair. The buttons are also right where your fingers are on the handle, so it happens several times that you hit the on/off button and manage to turn off the tool in the middle of styling. The only advantage is the size and that it’s easy to take with you, but I still can’t recommend it.

      Hey Saga! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experiences with the brush, even though it didn't quite become a favorite for you this time. So sad that the battery didn't last as long as you had hoped! I understand that it can take time to go through thick hair. If you suspect that there is something wrong with the battery life of your brush and that it doesn't hold the promised 30 minutes, I recommend that you register a complaint through your account and the relevant order. Then we will of course take a closer look to see if something might be wrong! Have a really nice day!
