Why can't you click on your pictures?
To be the biggest online player in beauty, your site is terrible 😅 how am I supposed to look closely at the tone of the color if I can't even click or zoom in on the picture? And the colors, they have a number and your “color bubbles” do not match at all with those on the website. A dropdown with number and color would have been intuitive like many others have. I have become so incredibly tired of spending time here that I usually buy things elsewhere. Regards, former loyal customerTranslated from swedish

You should check support for different systems (iOS/android) because it doesn't even work to click on a picture on my phone and it never has. It looks like you're accessing it via a computer and not a phone. I guess over 95% access it via their phones. You can do as you wish if you want to troubleshoot this, I can only explain what doesn't work :)
