Appreciated
Got help choosing the right color of the hair dye. I had bought another one but (8.23) it turned brown on my hair. This darkened my hair a bit, but I know it will fade after a few washes. The best part is that this lasts for two applications so I can freshen it up between salon visits. It will be a cool, slightly ashy but still a bit warm color in the shades. I had quite yellow tones before and they were toned down. I will continue to buy this :)1 product in post Appreciated515 views - The post was made 7 monthsRating: 1 out of 5
Does nothing for my hair
.. and you pay for basically water. The consistency is very thin and you need a lot to clean the entire hair/scalp. Still, the hair doesn't get clean, it becomes rough and is barely brushable afterwards. If you also have colored hair like me, you should completely avoid it, the bleached parts become like steel wool. Maybe this suits someone with very fine, untreated hair. But I wouldn't spend this money on a shampoo that runs off your hand as soon as you take a pump. Can't be anything other than super cheap to manufacture, I think.1 product in post Does nothing for my hair668 views- The comment was made 1 weekHi Sandra! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we appreciate honest feedback. Our Soothing Shampoo is formulated to be very gentle and completely sulfate- and silicone-free, which can make the texture feel thinner and the result different compared to more traditional shampoos. On bleached, thick or porous hair, it can absolutely feel less soft if not followed by a rich conditioner or mask, since the focus is mainly on balancing and calming the scalp rather than coating or smoothing the lengths. That said, it sounds like this formula maybe wasn’t the right match for your hair type, different hair needs different things (formulas) 💛 . Thank you for giving it a try and for sharing your thoughts! Let us know if you have any more questions!

Why can't you click on your pictures?
To be the biggest online player in beauty, your site is terrible 😅 how am I supposed to look closely at the tone of the color if I can't even click or zoom in on the picture? And the colors, they have a number and your “color bubbles” do not match at all with those on the website. A dropdown with number and color would have been intuitive like many others have. I have become so incredibly tired of spending time here that I usually buy things elsewhere. You should check support for different systems (iOS/android) because it doesn't even work to click on a picture on my phone and it never has. It looks like you're accessing it via a computer and not a phone. I guess over 95% access it via their phones. You can do as you wish if you want to troubleshoot this, I can only explain what doesn't work :)5 likes
