    Poor quality

    I love how this brush feels in my hair, but the quality is so poor. The small round things that protect the bristles on the brush disappear after 1 month, which makes the brush sharp and scrapes the scalp. This is the third time I've bought the same brush, I've given up now.

It should definitely not feel sharp on the scalp, and if the bumps on the bristles are coming off so quickly, it sounds like a quality issue 🙈🤎 To get help, you can start a claim via My Pages or the Lyko app. Please feel free to add pictures of the brush head so we can take a look.
