Life saver!
I OFTEN get pH imbalances because I am in menopause, so these are a life saver. Haven't tried them for BV but always take a course when my pH balance goes crazy (like after sex, menstruation, and antibiotic treatments). They work every time. I find the gel easy to apply and it feels cooling and pleasant.1 product in post Life saver!59 views - The user's roll: Sexpert på Lyko. Think of the vagina and vulva as a small ecosystem where different bacteria should thrive together. It’s not about having a “bacteria-free” intimate area – quite the opposite! PREBIOTICS Food for the good bacteria. Prebiotics are substances that help the bacteria naturally present in the intimate area to thrive and grow. Kind of like giving them good soil to grow in. PROBIOTICS Probiotics contain live microorganisms, often lactobacilli. The idea is that they help support a favorable vaginal bacterial flora. This can be interesting when the bacterial flora has been disturbed. However, not all probiotics are the same. If you want to choose a product for vaginal health, specific Lactobacillus strains are especially important. POSTBIOTICS What the bacteria leave behind. For example, lactic acid. Different substances and components formed when the bacteria work – which can have a positive effect on the environment there. Pre- and postbiotics are found in products to help support the environment a bit. To support more than to treat. Working WITH the body, so to speak. If you have recurring BV, yeast infections, irritation, or other issues, it’s better to find out what the problem actually is rather than trying to “balance” it yourself with different products 🤍8 products in the look51 viewsSara
has created a lookThe user's roll: Sexpert på Lyko. The post was made 2 monthsIntimate deodorant – is it needed? The answer is both yes and no – it simply depends on how much you sweat in your intimate area and if it bothers you? 🤗 Sweating in the intimate area and groin is just as normal as sweating under your arms. We actually have the same sweat glands there as under the arms – they are called apocrine sweat glands and can cause odor. The odor is due to the sweat they produce containing a high level of protein which, when broken down by bacteria, causes the smell. So intimate deodorant is a yay for some, but absolutely not necessary for others. Using an intimate deodorant with perfume to cover your natural scent (not sweat) is something I am completely against. Sweat odor is one thing and the vagina’s own scent is another – you don’t need to cover it up with either deodorant or perfume; it is your unique natural scent you should be proud of. If you must use an intimate deodorant – use a mild and as natural one as possible. Lip intimate care has one, with prebiotics. Natural and mild without aluminum or antibacterial ingredients. However, it has a slight scent, which is natural and not synthetic. If I could choose, it would be scent-free, but you can’t have everything. Important: Apply the deodorant in the groin and on the vulva, like on top (hold the labia together so you don’t spray deodorant on mucous membranes) after showering. Never, ever directly on mucous membranes 🖤2 products in the lookSara

Oh, so many UTIs and yeast infections I could have avoided if someone had tipped me off about lubricant when I was younger. It feels better, it prevents infections & imbalance, and protects against friction. Our own lubrication can vary depending on how stressed we are, hormonal contraceptives, medications, a tense pelvic floor – yes, all sorts of things, so it’s definitely not just age that matters. The idea that only older people should use lubricant is a myth, and not being wet enough doesn’t necessarily have anything to do with desire or arousal. Say hello to my all-time favorite lube – Viamax Organic Glide 🖤 Organic, softening, protective, and absolutely wonderful. Contains ingredients that care deeply – like shea butter, sesame oil, beeswax, and aloe vera. No glycerin, preservatives, or other junk. Oil-based lubricant that can be used with both sex toys and condoms without getting too sticky. Can also be used as a daily vulva cream – when you feel extra dry or to protect against water when showering or bathing. If you have vaginismus or vulvodynia and need to be extra careful with lubricant – this is it! If anyone asks for lubricant tips, I ALWAYS recommend this. Who’s with me on this one!? 🖤1 product in the look530 views- The user's roll: Sexpert på Lyko. The post was made 3 monthsRating: 4 out of 5
For ever and ever..
Hello, it really lasts forever! 🎉 Easy to apply, creamy and soft. Semi-matte. I really like lip liners that have a twist-up function.1 product in post For ever and ever..539 views - The user's roll: Sexpert på Lyko. The post was made 3 monthsRating: 3 out of 5
My new favorite color
Insanely beautiful color, so nice with my blue eyes. I would describe the color as a slightly darker rust red. Easy to apply because it is creamy. Easy to smudge. Wish it lasted a bit longer but that depends on my dry eyes that tend to water a bit.1 product in post My new favorite color1521 views - The user's roll: Sexpert på Lyko. Smooth
I don’t like it when gloss is too sticky, but this one is sooooo yummy. Gives a soft and nourishing feeling while giving a nice shine to the lips. Doesn’t add much color. Incredible how such an affordable product can be so good. Also doesn’t need to be reapplied too often. Sometimes I even choose this over my Ole Henriksen Lip Treatment, but I hardly dare to say that 🤓1 product in post Smooth - The user's roll: Sexpert på Lyko. Such a nice glow
My NYX blush broke, so I took the chance to try this one and yeah!! I like it so much. It lasts all day (with setting spray on top) and gives such a nice glow. No need to combine with highlighter. It sinks in easily and quickly, so you don’t have to dab forever to get it even.1 product in post Such a nice glow394 views Sara

I am a BIG fan of air pressure vibrators and have tried many 🤓 LELO’s air devices have long been my favorites because they use sound waves instead of air pressure. 🎶 Sound waves are sent deep into the clitoris near nerve endings and build up the orgasm over a longer time, which gives a more intense orgasm where both the body and brain keep up. Absolutely awesome, in other words. With many other models, you get there a bit too fast, which doesn’t really allow you to keep up mentally. LELO Sona 3 obviously has this function but also a feature I’ve long requested. The “SmoothRise” technology gradually changes intensity levels – which makes the jump between levels feel less abrupt. It feels more like a natural transition where the body can keep up. Perfect for me since I have a sensitive clitoris. LELO Sona 3 has so many features that you can almost stop buying other products. It doesn’t stop at SmoothRise; it’s also app-controlled. In the app, besides lots of partner fun and other things, you’ll find two wonderful features – “finish me off” and “out of control” (I don’t think I need to explain them further, the names say it all). The LELO app is like a universe of masturbation tips, erotic stories, articles about sexual health and issues, reviews, guides, partner fun, chat – yes, tons of juicy stuff. There are even tips on what to eat to increase libido. Sona 3 comes in two versions – a slightly more expensive one with the Cruise Control feature that lets you control the “hardness” of your stimulation yourself. The harder you press it against your body, the more power it gets. The nozzle itself is soft and fits snugly around the clitoris without feeling too hard or like you lose contact. It’s small enough to be used with a partner during encompassing sex, in most positions – not all. It fits well in the hand, and the curved part works a bit like a handle – so smart. The buttons are easy to reach so you can easily change levels while using it. I think it’s relatively quiet; it sounds a bit louder as soon as it comes into contact with the body, but there’s a motor involved – it’s hard to make them completely silent. Personally, I don’t mind a little noise, and the SONA 3 is definitely one of the quieter models. I wish level one was a bit less intense, but as I said, I’m a sensitive girlie 😊 It has 10 (+2 in the app) intensity levels, so whether you like it intense, soft, or both, you’ll probably find a level that suits you. I usually like different levels depending on where I am in my cycle, so I appreciate such a wide range of levels. Definitely a product you want to find in your Easter egg 🐣 Tip! Lubricate the opening with lube so it fits even tighter around the clitoris.6 products in the look All in one 🤩🔥1571 views
