    Routine

Hey, I have sensitive and dry/external dry skin with bumps on my cheeks. My routine now consists only of gentle cleansing and thick face cream, this works to keep the skin calm and free of pimples. At the slightest change in routine, I immediately get pimples and/or blemishes. Can I add this to my routine to treat the bumps on my cheeks, and if so, where and how is the cream used in my routine?

Hey S! 😊 Azelaic Acid (15%) is an excellent choice for treating bumps, evening out skin tone, and reducing inflammation. Since your skin is sensitive and can react easily, it's best to start cautiously and test the product slowly. I recommend starting to use Azelaic Acid 2-3 times a week and then gradually increasing if your skin tolerates it well. If you feel any irritation, you can reduce usage and give your skin time to adjust 🧼 Another product I highly recommend for bumps is Dermalogica Skin Health Daily Microfoliant 13 g, a gentle yet effective exfoliant that works wonders for the skin and has become a big favorite of mine! Hope this helps and that your skin is doing well! Take care! 🩷
