I have mixed feelings, but overall it leans positive. First of all: it is really easy to apply! I use a damp sponge, and the product glides on evenly and nicely without clumping. The formula is thin but covering, which allows for a smooth base without feeling like a thick layer of makeup. It dries down quite quickly to a matte finish, which I like, but it also means you have to work in sections and be quick, otherwise it sets immediately.
I found that it oxidized a bit during the day, so it looked a little darker after a couple of hours. It's worth considering if you're between two shades.
What I've had a bit of trouble with is that it can emphasize dry areas, especially around the nose and chin. I have combination skin, so with the right primer and hydration, it works just fine, but it's probably not the best choice for very dry skin. It held up all day for me without needing touch-ups, which is a big plus. It really stays put, even in heat or if you get a bit oily.
In summary: easy to apply, nice finish, and good longevity, but it requires a bit of prep work and speed when applying. I will definitely continue to use it, but not when my skin is at its driest.

1 product in post Thin, covering, and long-lasting
I have tried many mascaras over the years, have pretty straight and thin lashes, but Telescopic Waterproof really stands out, both for better and worse.
The best part first: it gives crazy beautiful, long lashes. The brush is narrow and precise, so you can reach every little lash without making a mess. Perfect for those who want a more defined, separated look instead of thick volume. It also holds up to its promise of being waterproof; I have cried, sweated, and even dipped my face in water without it budging a millimeter.
But... it has its downsides. It is hard to wash off, even with oil-based remover it takes a bit of patience. And if you accidentally apply a bit too many layers, it can get stiff and create a "spider leg" effect.
So, if you want long, defined lashes that really stay in place all day, go for it. But be prepared to spend a little extra time removing it at night.
