      Hi Shirley😊 Yes, you can use Ceramide Capsules together with Exuviance Vitamin C Capsules. First, apply the C-vitamin capsule on cleansed skin, let it absorb, and then follow up with the ceramide capsule for hydration and barrier strengthening. Since I don’t have any information about your skin type, you can choose a day cream that you like that doesn’t contain any ingredients that clash with vitamin C, i.e. peptides, acids, or retinol.
