    Super for low-porosity

Meg: Thin hair, but A LOT of hair. Long, wavy, dry. A bit damaged from bleaching, but not a crisis. Low-porosity. I've used salon products my whole life. My hair tangles easily. I've been using this conditioner for two months now. I really liked it! I feel it's a perfect "everyday conditioner" when you want something light that does a bit of everything. Mild and clean scent. Economical. I've also noticed significantly less tangles, which even heavy moisture products couldn't solve. It can be hard to find products that low-porosity hair "absorbs", but this one was just super :) I will buy again!

    Not economical in use

I've been using this now for 2 months. Me: Thin hair, but A LOT of hair. Long, wavy, dry. A bit damaged from bleaching, but not a crisis. Low-porosity. I've used salon products my whole life. Problem: I don't get oily hair faster than average, but I get scalp issues from oily hair (possibly folliculitis), which means I have to wash it very frequently, which is both exhausting and hard on the lengths, so I was curious to try this. + Smells mild but good, not quite sure what it smells like, but it smells clean. I feel like the "completely clean hair" feeling lasts longer, and I can go 1-2 additional days between each hair wash which is great! I also feel like my scalp likes it a lot. - It is NOT economical in use. I always wash twice, but with this I have to wash three, sometimes four times, to get it clean. It's a bit strange, since it lathers well. If you have very thin, straight, and little hair this might not be an issue for you. Usually, you should lather the shampoo in your hands before applying it to your hair for a better wash, but with this I felt it worked better to apply it directly to the hair without lathering first. I think I will buy it again, but it's super annoying that it's so not economical in use! I use it with Kérastase Resistance Ciment Anti-Usure Topseal conditioner, which I really like!

    Soothing

Would like this because of the ingredients, but the consistency is not for me (side note - I have sensory issues - so this might not be a problem for you). I wouldn’t call this cream thick or "rich" in consistency, it’s not like cold cream or zinc. Since it’s marketed as "rich" I had hoped it would be a bit like drunk elephant whipped cream (since the ordinary is fragrance-free etc. unlike drunk elephant). I also don’t think it’s like NIVEA cream. I would rather describe the consistency as a mix of plant margarine and honey - soothing, but feels tacky and sticky, very shiny. Hair sticks to the face. It feels good on the skin though, so if you have dry skin, maybe also sensitive skin, and can handle this consistency I think you will like it. You can also let it sit for a while, to then "wipe off" the excess, then you get a nice natural glow, not shiny. Otherwise, I think it’s very good under makeup (tacky, glowy, silicone-free) and on dry areas, and as an eye cream! Edit: ended up using it up, it’s super soothing and my skin likes it a lot, and it works super well under my makeup, since it gives so much moisture and glow but is a bit tacky so it holds the makeup. I don’t use primer.
