Gets patchy after sunscreen and makeup

I wonder what I'm doing wrong with this product. I mix it with my day cream and get a really nice color and glow, but as soon as I apply my sunscreen over it, part of the product disappears and it becomes patchy instead. I still wait 20-30 minutes before applying the sunscreen, but it still gets patchy. I've also used it as a base for my makeup (before primer and foundation), but the same thing happens. What am I doing wrong? I want to be able to wear sunscreen and/or makeup over it without ruining the product.

Hi! 😊 Thank you for your question! It doesn’t sound like you’re doing anything wrong. 💕 Since Bronze Glow Serum contains pigments and glow particles, sometimes the product can shift when you apply sunscreen or makeup on top, especially if the products have different formulations or if you massage them in a bit too much. A few tips worth trying: ✨ Apply the serum separately and let it absorb properly before moving on to the next step. ✨ Try dabbing or pressing in the sunscreen instead of rubbing it over your skin. ✨ If you use the serum together with a day cream, you can also try applying it on top of your day cream instead of mixing them, to see if it gives a more even result. ✨ If you apply makeup on top, a light application with a sponge or dabbing motions can help minimize the product moving. Skincare, sunscreen, and makeup can sometimes react differently depending on which products are combined, so it might take some testing to find the combination that works best for your routine. 💖 Good luck 🤍🌸

    Mold?

I've been using the product for about a month and I'm wondering what this is? Is it mold or something else? There are like black/gray spots [emoji]

It is there to exfoliate the skin:) I've seen this in other clay masks before too

    Which sunscreen?

I have been considering buying this sunscreen or the Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum from SKIN1004, but I'm having a hard time deciding. I have sensitive acne-prone skin (also fungal acne) with an oily T-zone but quite dry cheeks. So I'm wondering which of these suits me best?

Hey Stina! 👋🏻☺️ Both are great, but for your sensitive, acne-prone skin, the SKIN1004 Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum would be a step better! 🌿 It's lighter, more moisturizing, and works well for both oily and dry areas. Purito Daily Soft Touch is also good, but has a matte finish that can feel a bit drier on the cheeks. So if you want more moisture → SKIN1004! ✨ If you want a matte feel → Purito! 😍 Hope that helps! 💕

    Sensitive scalp?

I have an oily scalp that is quite sensitive, does this shampoo suit me and can I use it once a week or should I use it less often? I've read that it's quite mild.

Hey Stina 👋 Yes, the Maria Nila Purifying Cleanse Shampoo might be suitable for you as it is a deep cleansing detox shampoo, but still milder than many other deep cleansing products 😍 Once a week is a good start if you have an oily scalp but want to be gentle. But if you have an extremely sensitive scalp, you can try using it every other week 👍🥰 A hot tip 👉 Always follow up with a moisturizing conditioner or mask, especially on the lengths. Take care!

    Doesn't it spread?

I'm in the process of testing this on my oily/sensitive scalp. I use it once a week, but it doesn't spread at all even though I lather it up in my hands before applying it to my scalp. I shampoo twice, and the second time it usually spreads, but not with this product. Am I doing something wrong?

Hey Stina 😊👋 This product has a slightly creamier formula with exfoliating ingredients and doesn't lather much compared to a "regular" shampoo 🤍 You can apply it directly to the scalp without lathering it in your hands. All the best!

Does it work with gel cream?

Does it work to mix tanning drops with a gel cream, or does it need to be a thicker consistency? I use Dr. Ceuracle Vegan Kombucha Tea Gel Cream.
