Colors the skin
I have used this eyebrow dye several times but always have the same problem. The skin under the eyebrows gets dyed and becomes very dark. I do have very thin eyebrows (the opposite of full, not narrow), but I follow the instructions to the letter and it still turns out this way. I have tried in different ways to be very careful, but nothing works.
