    Dark Blonde Hair

    I have naturally dark blonde hair, get light highlights in the summer and quite dark in the winter. I highlight my hair at the salon, but due to poor finances as a student, I can't afford this regularly. Is it possible to use one of these colors to even out the roots? Which color would be best? And how is it to bleach/highlight the hair at the salon after this color has been used? Will it be very damaging to the hair?

If your roots are dark blonde, this may turn out a bit lighter and cooler than the rest of your hair — so the result won’t be completely seamless like the stylist achieves with highlights/bleaching. But if you want to lift your roots a bit and tone them towards a blonder style, it could work as a budget-friendly solution. 👉 Recommendation: Just use this color on the roots, not the whole hair, for the best result.
