      Hi 👋 You can also try gently rocking the refill from side to side while lifting it carefully. Otherwise, I'm not quite sure what you should do. Maybe someone else here has a great tip 😇 If you feel there is something wrong with the product, you can register a complaint for the case 🤍 Good luck 🥰
