Make sure your teeth are dry before applying, let the strips work for the recommended time, and then remove them 🤍 After the treatment, you can use the Hismile V34 Colour Corrector as an extra boost. Pump about 2 pumps onto a soft toothbrush, brush gently for about 2 minutes, spit out and rinse 🫧 All the best!

      Hello Talan! 🤗 For Hismile PAP+ Whitening Strips, there is no strict 14-day schedule – dry your teeth after brushing, place the long strip on the upper jaw and the short one on the lower jaw, leave it on for 30 minutes, remove and rinse. The package contains 7 treatments; use them daily until you reach the desired result, then maintain 1-2 times a week or before special occasions. Hope that clarifies! 💛
