Stings/burns upon application, which is also stated to be normal. Reminds me of tiger balm effect. After shampooing, the hair becomes very dry and straw-like, but that disappears when you apply the conditioner afterwards. The hair becomes voluminous after washing. But it only lasts for one day, and the next day my hair is a bit greasy and has lost volume again. I lose a lot of hair from this, but I haven't felt that I've gotten more or less hair. I don't think this suits me.
