Hi! I ordered this to give as a gift, but when I unpacked it, the actual cap on the bottle was missing. The product was also not in any box or sealed in any other way, so the spray part was completely open in the box. Attach clear pictures of the product without the lid, the spray part, and how it was packed in the package (preferably batch/lot number if available) so our returns and complaints department can look into this further.
