The hair gets stuck
The middle bristles move, which means that when you twist the brush towards the scalp, the hair risks getting stuck. It has happened several times that my hair has gotten stuck and I had to get help from my partner to get it loose again. One time we had to resort to scissors. It's a shame that it's so unwieldy because I really like that there are three different brush heads you can switch between plus that the curls turn out nice.
