Has the formula changed?
I've always used this and been satisfied. But this time the hydrogen peroxide, which you are supposed to mix into the color cream, is completely liquid. Previously, it had a thicker consistency. I've also had a reaction on the skin under my brows, where it itches, burns, and the skin is drying / flaking. Never reacted before.
