    Hi! We bought this product in September 2025. Now it has stopped working. I would like to make a complaint about the item. How do I proceed?

      Hello! 👋 That wasn’t nice to hear, of course I will help you with this. I’m sending the complaint instructions down here! Go to lyko.com/sv or use our app and follow the steps below 👇 1. Log in to your account 2. Click on the MY PAGES icon 3. Then select Order History (lyko.com/sv/mina-sidor/orderhistorik) 4. Click on the current order number for the items you want to complain about 5. Click on the COMPLAIN icon 6. Fill in the quantity and reason for complaint in the text box under the selected product (To speed up complaint handling, you can upload a picture) 7. Choose from the dropdown how you want to be compensated for an approved complaint 8. Confirm by clicking SEND (You will receive feedback via email 💌) Hope this was helpful.
