    The joy turned into disappointment

    There was a big leak in the package when I picked it up. The shower foam had leaked out during transport, and that's how it looked when I opened it. The response via email was that they could compensate with a 20% discount. For the ruined toiletry bag and empty shower foam (price 149). I found it very disappointing.
