      Hi Ylva, This essence is safe to use with isotretinoin, but it’s important to be aware that active ingredients can irritate the skin: Isotretinoin can make the skin more sensitive, so it’s wise to avoid products with strong acids (like AHA/BHA) or retinoids.       Hi Ylva! First of all, I would recommend that you stick to gentle and moisturizing products that strengthen the skin barrier during treatment with Isotretinoin. For example, check out the Effaclar H series from La Roche-Posay, which is made to be used during treatment with, among other things, Isotretinoin. Have a lovely day!👋🏻
