    Super happy!

    I haven't been a customer at Lyko for long, and unfortunately, I missed the first limited box – it sold out so quickly! The more I am excited that this time I got one without any problems. I really like the products, and I'm still trying everything out. Now I'm eagerly waiting for the next box. I hope the contents will appeal to me again – and that I am quick enough to buy it.

    A real disappointment – this is not how you treat customers

    It’s just not fair. You wait a week – with anticipation – for an announced box. You’re ready at 9 AM, put the product in the cart, want to pay… and suddenly it’s gone. Just disappeared. This is neither correct towards the customers nor fair to the team that created the boxes. If you’re advertising for a week, you should assess beforehand how many people are interested – and prepare accordingly. It can’t be that the same thing happens every time: You’re excited, look at the contents, think “Yes, I want that” – and in the end, you get a big slap in the face in the form of “unfortunately sold out”. This really makes you lose the desire to buy anything at all – especially with promotions that are announced separately. Whether it’s bad marketing, just a scam, or a plan to artificially create scarcity – I don’t know. But it doesn’t seem honest. If you have 1,000 boxes but expect 5,000 interested people, why not announce a pre-order system? Many would surely be willing to pay in advance. But as it is now, it’s just frustrating. I invested time, was excited – and in the end, you just feel cheated!
