    Dissatisfied with the delivery

    I really like the product, especially for the incredible price that Lyko offers. However, I have never experienced a worse delivery than Lyko. There are few times when the delivery arrives on the promised delivery date. It said that my package would be delivered on Saturday, and based on that delivery date, I placed an order (ordered 10 days in advance), but still, the old delivery date managed to change to Sunday. Since I am leaving on Sunday, I will no longer have any use for the package as I need the items in the package for my trip. Customer service, as usual, cannot help. So Lyko, please start sending your packages a little earlier and stop blaming the other suppliers for being delayed or having delivery issues.

      Same here, I'm a loyal customer at Lyko. And often the delivery date is not correct😟
