    Disappointed

    I was ready and ordered this when it was launched, and received an order confirmation at 09:02. I waited and waited, but nothing came. I eventually contacted customer service and was told that it had been lost in the mail and therefore had to be considered lost, and that a refund had been processed. According to helthjem's pages, the package was reported on its way and the tracking would be updated as soon as the package arrived at their terminal. Something that apparently never happened. I am therefore disappointed because I didn't get to try out these products.
